A marine vessel that utilizes an air cushion created by the WIG effect to cruise over the water's surface. [ WIG(Wing-In Ground) Effect ] The phenomenon in which increased lift and decreased drag is created by aerodynamics when an object flies close to the water or ground surface.

WIG craft can travel the same distance as helicopters and boats of the same class by using 50% and 20~30% less fuel, respectively, as it utilises Wing in Ground effect. WIG craft requires minimum infrastructure, such as a portable floating pontoon for embarkation and loading, making it more cost-effective than other forms of transportation.

it cruises over the surface of the water. In the unlikely event of engine failure, it can safely land on the water. It is hard to capsize due to its trimaran design.
